Yes - if you have just completed a custom 1:1 project with us, you can reach out whenever within the first 2 months. However, there may be delays in responses and delays in support (between 10-20business days). If you want more secure support - one of our monthly packages will give you priority in our responses where we get back to you within 24 business hours.

This can also be used for smaller projects. We are a small team so there are limited spots for these packages each month and operates on a first come, first serve process. If you have another support & maintenance package with us, you will be given priority over dates. We will always do our best to accommodate you!

In order to best serve our artists and creative we do have the option for a rushed project for a flat fee of $150 to get it done within the next week. If you need it done urgently there will be a rush fee of $150.
