Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own.

    For most custom design project we will provide you with pre-recorded video tutorials to help you learn your way around your new website and feel confident to manage it after you launch. For most projects we offer 4 weeks of digital support to ask any further questions you may after ost launch.

  • An idea and a goal (or two)… that’s the main thing ✨

    We’ll need most of your content before your project kicks off (images, website copy, etc.) but don’t stress… you won’t be figuring this out alone.

    You’ll be guided step-by-step through our onboarding session and Client Portal, with clear checklists, questionnaires, and prompts so you know exactly what’s needed before your design week begins.

    Booked a Custom Design Package?
    That includes a branding session and strategy session, so if your brand feels a little fuzzy, we’ll take time at the start to clarify your vision and direction together.

  • Usually that is you. You know your brand best and are an expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we have a copywriter on our team who can help clean up or write original content for you. This is not included in our packages.

  • Yes, we have multiple options for payment, from upfront payment to 3 monthly automated payments. We understand that this can be a big investment and want to help you budget for it in whatever way possible. Let us know and we can chat more about what will work for you!

  • Absolutely. If custom design isn’t the right fit right now, we’ve got options.
    You can choose from a 1hr clarity session for any website questions or audit, DIY Squarespace templates or book a Quick Website Revamp to refresh what you already have, without the full custom investment.

  • Squarespace is our go-to because it’s:

    • Beautiful + flexible

    • Easy for you to manage long-term

    • Perfect for artists, creatives, and service-based businesses

    That said, I do occasionally work in Shopify or Wix depending on your needs and the project — we’ll always choose the platform that makes the most sense for you.
