BEFORE THE DESIGN WEEKS

Onboarding and strategy call

This is where we will go over the process, discuss your business and website goals, plus breakdown the key the features and outcomes for your new site

Brand discovery session

During this 2 hour session we work through 7 brand discovery exercises that are designed to help you define your brand’s identity and uncover what makes your brand unique

Research and Planning

We will conduct research on your industry and work with you to plan your content. This is where we will also set content hierarchy and create a sitemap for your new site’s layout

Concepts and sketching

We take the info gathered and the mood board from the first phase to create 2 concepts to show you. We then decide on one to move forward with. From there we (GPG) will start to create wireframes (like a skeleton) for the layout of each page

Day 1

Visualize & Design

DESIGN WEEK ONE

Design the home page

On day 2 we will focus on designing a home page that will be sent to you early afternoon. This will be an interactive link that will show a draft of the home page plus the different elements that the website may include. This will drive the design for the remaining pages. The different elements could include animation, moving images/gifs, expandable text, icons, pop up screens etc.

Day 2

Design the pages

This is the step where we start designing each page for your site. The pages will be presented to you as pdf’s to review. We will work closely with you to ensure the design looks and feels like you and your brand.

Days 3 - 4

Review and Reiterate

At the beginning of day 5 we will jump on a 90minute call to go through the designs. This is where we encourage transparent feedback for us to reiterate the designs before we begin the building phase

Day 5

To be available for a call between 4.30pm & 5.30pm EST to go through this design (an invite will be sent prior)

To be available for a call between 9.30am & 11.30am EST; start to think how you’d like to announce your launch to the world

DESIGN WEEK TWO

Build & Launch

Build it out

This is where the magic happens - during this phase we take the page designs and build them out on Squarespace and make them functional. At the end of day 7 we will send you the 6 pages for review

Days 6-7

Test it and Set up SEO

Whilst you review the pages, we will go through the site to thoroughly test it. During this step we will also set up the SEO on each page to ensure your pages are optimized for your top keywords within your industry.

Day 8

Final Review and Test

At the beginning of day 9 we will jump on a 1hr call to go through the designs. We will then spend the day making the final edits and updates to the site, preparing for the completion of the project and launch.

Day 9

Launch it and Celebrate

This is the final day. We will run through the pages again and hit that publish button - yay! This step we announce to your audience and plan our training session
